BOULDERING TEENAGERS

This course is intended for beginner and intermediate climbers. However, we are also able to open an advanced group.
Despite being a bouldering course, we also use autobelays in warm up, since it is an ideal way how to start moving and prepare the body for harder bouldering problems.
We train in small groups of max 6 people, currently with Adam as trainer.
You can choose 1 or 2 trainings per week.
We train on Mondays and Fridays.
In bouldering, you only need climbing shoes and chalk. All this can be rented in the centre (rental fee is not part of the course), or purchased in our climbing shop with a 10% discount.
